Not sure where to begin? Many clients start with a free discovery call to explore what’s bringing them here and see if working together feels aligned.
From there, you can choose a single introductory session or step into a short-term coaching container designed to support meaningful, lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will relationship coaching work for me?
Relationship coaching can be helpful for many individuals and couples who are open to self-reflection, communication, and growth. You don’t need to be in crisis or have everything figured out. Coaching works best when you’re willing to explore patterns, take responsibility for your part, and practice new ways of relating over time. A free discovery call is a great way to explore whether our approach feels like the right fit for you.
Do you work with individuals or only couples?
We work with both individuals and couples. Some clients come on their own to explore relationship patterns, communication challenges, or personal growth around intimacy. Others come as couples wanting to strengthen connection, rebuild trust, or navigate challenges together.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person and from couple to couple. Some clients find a single session helpful for gaining clarity around a specific concern, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. Meaningful and lasting change in relationships takes consistency, continued effort and patience which is why we offer an 8-session coaching container for those seeking deeper, more sustainable growth.
What happens during a coaching session?
Sessions are conversational, supportive, and collaborative. We slow things down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface—bringing awareness to patterns, triggers, emotions, and communication dynamics. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, we guide you in developing insight, practical tools, and new ways of relating that feel authentic and aligned.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Relationship coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, communication skills, personal responsibility, and intentional change. If you’re experiencing significant mental health challenges, therapy may be a more appropriate form of support.
What if my partner is hesitant or unsure about coaching?
This is very common. Coaching doesn’t require both partners to be fully “on board” from the start. Many people begin with a discovery call or an individual session to explore concerns and clarify next steps. Often, when one person begins the work, positive shifts naturally start to occur in the relationship.
Will we be asked to talk about sex or physical intimacy?
Only if it feels relevant and appropriate for you. Our work centers on emotional safety, communication, and connection. As trust and safety grow, conversations around physical closeness or sexual intimacy may naturally arise. These topics are always approached with care, respect, and at a pace that honors each person’s comfort and boundaries.
What if we’re not sure we want to commit to ongoing coaching yet?
That’s completely okay. Many clients begin with a free discovery call to learn more about our approach and see if working together feels aligned. From there, you can decide whether a single session or a longer coaching container feels like the right next step.
How are sessions scheduled in the 8-Session Coaching Container?
The 8-session coaching container includes eight sessions typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs, availability, and capacity for integration. Together, we’ll choose a pace that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable. All sessions must be completed within six months of the first session, allowing time for integration while maintaining continuity and momentum.
Do you guarantee results?
We don’t promise specific outcomes, as every relationship and individual is unique. What we do offer is a thoughtful, supportive process designed to increase awareness, strengthen communication, and support meaningful change. Results depend on your engagement, openness, and willingness to practice what you’re learning.
