Service Description
This 90-minute introductory coaching session offers a focused, supportive space to explore a specific relationship or intimacy concern. Available to individuals or couples following a discovery call, this session is designed as an intentional next step for those who would like to experience our coaching approach before committing to a longer container. Together, we’ll slow things down and look at what’s happening beneath the surface—exploring patterns, communication dynamics, unmet needs, and emotional responses that may be contributing to disconnection or conflict. Our work is guided with care, curiosity, and respect for where you are right now. While meaningful insight and awareness can arise in a single session, this offering is not intended as a complete coaching process. It works best as an introduction to the work or as a way to clarify whether ongoing relationship and intimacy coaching feels like the right next step. Some clients choose this session as a way to orient themselves before deciding how they’d like to continue.
Cancellation Policy
Heart of Intimacy Cancellation & Refund Policy Scheduling & Payment New sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time. All coaching sessions are scheduled through our website, heartofintimacy.com, which is hosted by Wix and managed via the Wix Bookings platform. Payments are processed securely through Wix using third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Adyen N.V., Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are subject to the processing fees and terms set by Wix and its payment providers. Refund Policy All purchases of coaching services—including single sessions and multi-session packages—are non-refundable. This includes full or partial refunds for unused sessions, missed sessions, or no-shows. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice, provided in writing via email to: info@heartofintimacy.com Thank you for honoring these policies, which allow us to provide thoughtful, intentional, and respectful coaching support to all clients.
